Disgusting that Konta wasn't penalized for taking a thirty minute timeout between sets like that. If you're that injured/sick, then you should retire. Same thing happened with Peng vs. Woz in the USO SF two years ago and the ITF was clueless as to what to do.
Edit: Looks like the major reason the for the long time-out was the doctor taking ten minutes to get to court and not Konta. Still unacceptable for the USO to make players wait ten minutes for treatment when they could be seriously injured.
