This site's hate for Britney is on another level. At least when it comes to others there are 2 fanbases fighting. In her case, everyone hates her and wants to see her fail. I'll never understand why. She seems like one of the most harmless people in the industry and her fans don't even have that much existence here.

Even though she's now kind of a "flop", her past slayage is still all over our faves necks, so it's only understandable that everybody comes for Godney.

The hate for Britney is understandable.
She was the epitome of a pop star when the genre was at it's peak and hence she shouldered the burden of being the sole-representative. Clearly she wan't talented enough to live up to society's standards of what a decent entertainer was supposed to be, which is why she broke. Now everytime someone uses the word popstar, there's a heavy negative connotation behind the term and it's meant to belittle the person as if they're not good enough to be known as an artist. That all started because of Miss Spears.

So they need to work harder and bring someone even bigger than her forward that can change people's perception of a popstar which the industry is apparently not able to.
