I'm sure that the handful of ATRLers who just love to pit Bey and Rih/Hive and Navy against each other will have a field day making their quick lil threads throughout the next couple of days, but the reality is, sometimes two people win. Typically during an award ceremony there is one outstanding show-stealer. But let's be real, this year Beyoncé & Rihanna each owned that ****ing stage so damn well during their performances, in each their own right, it's pointless even comparing the two because they both did phenomenally. And not only did they own the night performance wise, but as the awarded queens as well. Rihanna received one of the most prestigious VMA awards of all time while Beyoncé SWEPT nearly every damn category she was nominated in including VOTY.
Girl power.
Black excellence.
TALENT.
I swear if I see any of y'all homosexual white males continually trying to tear one or the other down and/or pit them against each other I'm going to lose it. That's all.
