These hosts aren't terrible because they're black, they're terrible because they're AWFUL at their job. I thought this VMAs was going to be iconic. So far, it's an INSUFFERABLE catastrophe, with AWFUL hosts and two lame performances already. After Britney Spears performs I am changing the channel. VMAs will NEVER be good again. If they can't make it work with Britney Spears, Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Kanye West there, then the VMAs will NEVER make it work. Cancel it. Cancel these hosts. Kill Key and Peele.
