Some members are acting like apple has cancelled their Apple Music service and will no longer promote any music or artists on there ever again...? They'll still promote Gaga, I'm sure they've discussed what's happening now
The mentally unhinged OGHs kii-ing, "", ""-ing in this thread
So pathetic
It's a good thing for Gaga so either you didn't read the post or you're too dumb to
OT: Good, that way if her song smashes it'll benefit from being on multiple streaming services.
I don't think exclusives are that important. Look at Justin Bieber. He slayed without exclusives. Gaga should release good music. That is the most important thing. Leave the rest to apple... They know that if they don't give exclusives, their service is tanked. They will strike a new deal with UMG soon. So you all chill.
1. Do you think the HEAD of her record label umbrella wants her to flop? UMG knows that Gaga is only a hit and a good video away from reclaiming her stance in the pop scene. They're not gonna make a call like this to jeopardize the success of her single... They want their money too!
2. The PROMOTIONAL aspect via Apple could still stand. Apple could still be the major player for promotion for the single, but UMG could service the song to Spotify/Tidal etc, as long as Gaga and team don't push it on those platforms and just let it live. It would be treated as an Apple Exclusive just by the fact that to do more than hear the song you need to be on Apple... I honestly think this is what will happen if the Apple deal ever existed in the first place. They might take some money from her, but in the end it'll all look the same..
Calm the f down some of you. No one WANTS an artist to flop.
