Well basically everyone knows she Shedinja only has 1 HP and can only be hit with moves it's super effective by. That I knew too, well I walked into this triple battle from hell.
So I can't explain it right (you can google it because I had to after it happened to me) but you have to have your Pokemon in the middle( it was a chansey) use skill swap with the the Pokemon on your team that had the ability sturdy.
Then once chansey has sturdy use entrainment on shedinja. This now gives him sturdy and no moves can take him out because it becomes invincible.
