If she does the iTunes/Apple Music festival again she doesn't have to reveal half the album lol. She could be normal like every other artist that performs it and just do a setlist of hits and your brand new single and maybe ONE new song if any at all.

Why don't you want her to disappear? One of the problems with Artpop and Applause was all of the hype and build up she had. She needs to take a more laid back approach this time around IMO and wait to hype it until only a couple days before release. I think she more thoroughly thought things through this time and isn't going to shove promo down people's throats. It's not necessary and she'll be fine without it tbh as long as the music delivers.

We got our lives to some of those songs, but then the final versions on the album didn't meet the expectations/had things changed. At least for me I preferred some of the Itunes Fest songs over the album versions because some background synths and stuff were more prominent and it sounded better, or cases like MANiCURE and Sexxx Dreams, different arrangement/verses taken out.

Do you guys think it would be a good idea if she didn't release the video and did something like this?

Week 1: Audio
Week 2: Lyric Video
Week 3: Music Video

It might debut outside of the Top 10 but it would give it better longevity and probably a higher peak. She can upload the audio to her channel on the day of PI's release to get some streams in for the first week (which will mostly be predominated by sales), and during the second week she can upload a lyric video to increase the streams to make up for the fall in sales. She can finally release the music video on the third week where it's airplay will be fairly high and it would get a lot of streaming points as well. I see it's chart run being like:

12-11-7-4-etc.

It would probably stay in the Top 10 until the album/2nd single release. A unique strategy for releasing the music video would be to have it out on a Monday and premiere in on GMA so that way she can get a lot of points in both that week and the following week. Meghan did that with NØ and it's chart run was: 11-12-6-3 (6 being the mv release week, 3 being the week after). She can do a performance on the Friday exactly 2 weeks after the PI's release just to make sure it is still strong on digital sales during it's 3rd week.
