I'm surprised to learn that Selena doesn't have a #1 yet. Given how completely talentless and useless she is and how dull and forgettable her music is (apart from that song that sounds like a Rihanna leftover), I've been trying to to figure out why on earth she seems to be so popular on here. What is it about her that makes her so stanworthy? It certainly isn't talent. Looks? Maybe, but she's more average/plain and it's not like gays care that much about female beauty. Her acting? She was decent for a Disney actress but nothing special overall, so it can't be that. Personality? She was in a relationship with Justin Bieber, so she is likely as vacuous and unlikable as he is.
So I figured it must be because of success - but now I'm reading she doesn't even have a #1? At least other bases who "stan for success" have some kind of standards and requirements that have to be met, be it #1 hits or awards/acclaim. But Selena really has nothing! Nada! No wonder Halsey was able to get a #1 first.
Siloser made one of the best pop songs of the decade and slowly faded into oblivion and put the final nail in her coffin with the Load/Bieber meltdowns. She's over.
Nope srry. Better market =/= similar sales distribution. The biggest selling albums of all time came from the 70s/80s yet the market peaked in the early 00s.
Not really. A few classic albums are still selling today which is why they are the best selling.
