It's been such a beautiful year for me. First my Queen slayed me in concert and I cried then listening to da Album of da Year last night and I cried sum more.
Last night @ the club I ran into my uncle (my late uncle's husband) and the friend that he had come with was wearing an M t-shirt. The LAV album. When I met him I instantly bowed to my knees.
Also, in the club they have a huge framed of ha iconic Vogue poster.

Da backlash was huge, could u imagine a 15 year old havin to battle da world in defense of da Queen lol
But then came Bedtime Stories, this is my favorite album of hers, my senior year of high school, this cd marked so many memories and she was on top of da world and then everyone started coming back and I'm like nah no fake fans u don't get to enjoy this if u left ha in ha time of need
Ray of Light cemented her to everyone dat she was a Legend, **** I was sayin this da minute LikeA Prayer was released. But honestly it was such a good time to see critics bow down and when she gained all dem nominations I literally cried tears of joy lol

IMO, the worst thing ever said about Madonna ,is that she kidnapped David.
I'm not talking about jokes here , back then ,the media (especially **what a shocker ** the British media ) did mean it.
They made special coverages affirming that. So much so that she felt the need to give that Oprah Winfrey interview talking about the subject ,even though it was via satellite (since she was in London of course).
I think she feels like that too . I'm sure it hurt her really deep .
