IAAF was forced to allow it by the CAS but they have appealed and they might win.
I don't doubt that she works hard. But the other girls could work as hard as they want it wouldn't make up for the gap created by her special genetic condition.
Sport also needs to be fair. By allowing people with unnaturally high levels of testosterone to compete without any treatment we are de factor creating a totally unfair situation and a situation which simply puts the competitive nature of women's sports at risk. Not to mention it might further encourage doping.
All drug cheats should be banned and for far longer than they usually are. I've been pretty clear about that I believe (see my stand on Gatlin).
