This is just an off week, they have always happened.
It's just due to the lower album sales + growth of streaming, this week is particularly bad.

I think she'll do 100k+ sales though it's hard to say without seeing how Perfect Illusion fares.

iHeart could have announced the radio add date, which it could be September 13th, but the single is definitely coming on the 9th.
