She hasn't been rehearsing since the 9th tho? she's been on vacation. who did she have in charge of taking care of the initial preparation then? Jacquel & co?

all of Bey's best performances are actually the ones that are last minute. I mean look at RTW at the BBMAs. They didn't get to rehearse properly and the performance itself was actually the first time they did a whole run-through

Keep the number of songs short and cute so each gets to shine and climax, unless she's gonna use certain songs as appendages I.e burrowing the songs lyrics or melody without fully going into the song IWAB/bittersweet symphony. The formation tour mine/babyboy boy/hold up/countdown mash up is how a medley should be done.
