Parts of the instrumental of "You'll Never See Me Again" was incorporated into "Set Fire to the Rain," but I think the songs were too similar for her to put both on the album. It's still a great song, though. I listened to that and "Never Gonna Leave You" several times at work today.
Anyways... The "Formation" video definitely had impact, but not even close to "Hello." It started a cultural conversation, but a lot of that was, like Ichi said, controversy, and regardless, most people do not remember the "Formation" video compared to "Hello," which was parodied countless times. I mean, the video was literally everywhere. Of course the song is bigger, but the video was also enormous. The same cannot be said for "Formation" in either case.
