First and foremost, do you even know what a 'wall' is? Not being killed by one-hit doesn't make you a wall. Azumarill would kill this thing in 2 hits regardless of stats if this thing is more than 265 HP/def combined; which is unlikely.
Secondly, there's a grand total of EIGHT Pokemon with stats higher than 265 combined. Three of them are mega evolutions, three of them (including Primal Groudon) are legendary Pokemon and the remaining two are Steelix and Avalugg; literally the most defensive pokemon. I mean, gurl, don't let those rose colored glasses fool you. This thing is certainly NOT an Azumarill tank.
