Katy surprise released Rise following the Super Bowl and a big world tour, it flopped.
She followed the formula that allowed Bey to slay with BEYONCÉ and fell on her face.
Why does ATRL say she has star power when she clearly doesn't?

I can't tell either but I barely care at this point. I don't think we've actually heard Knee's real voice on a studio song since Blackout.
