They're in the same boat. Blank Space went to #1 the week it was available to stream, the biggest component on the Hot 100 chart in late 2014.

Wasn't available to be streamed on any services until the video premiered on VEVO, which caused it to reach #1.

Just like What's My Name went #1 third week due to sales availability, Blank Space went #1 third week due to streaming availability. Neither were available on all components prior to their third week.

I already can't wait to see what the Chainsmokers next single does after Closer. All 3 of their top 10 hits this year have been such bops. If they can deleiver on the next single they can easily snatch a 4th top 10 before year end. And if Major Lazor/MØ/Justin want that #1 they have to release the video at midnight Thursday/Friday. Otherwise Closer is going to be too strong to catch in the coming weeks
