I'm more apt to believe a publication than an artists' Twitter announcement.
GaGa has not sold 10,000,000 records yet. Unless she's combining all the sales from both albums together.

#1 song in Europe with Broken Strings top hits with Manos al Aire and Moring after dark in Europe as well. Manos Al Aire was #1 all over latin america.

And what exactly is your point? Unlike Nelly, GaGa has The Fame Monster Deluxe version to get extra sales for The original Fame album. It's obvious GaGa would have better sales since she had more "help".

Well, if Gaga indeed works with Nelly it might be pretty cool.
I'm not really into Miss Furtado...I'm Like a Bird is only ok, I never liked Say It Right, and Promiscuous isn't that good of a party tune, although I like it.
But I respect her for being a legit artist that is versatile. She's been able to work with Timbaland, James Morrison, Flo Rida, Justin Timberlake, and possible Keri Hilson.
Because I like her contributions to "Broken Strings" "Jump" "Give It To Me" and "Morning After Dark".
And I also Ioved her song "Maneater".
So, I could see her working with Gaga.
I think overall, if they do decide to collabarate in the future, an upbeat song would be my personal choice. I haven't heard Nelly's ballads enough to decide if a ballad would be good for Gaga, and Gaga doesn't have the best ballads either. Brown Eyes isn't good, though I LOVE Speechless.
If they can do a Maneater/Poker Face type of song I will be happy.
As with Ciara, I don't think her voice would go well with Gaga. I've listened to both "Goodies" and "The Evolution" and a handful of songs off "Fantasy Ride".
Ciara wouldn't really suit Lady Gaga's style. Ciara has her own style, and so does Gaga. They would clash if they worked together.
So, Gaga and Nelly would work for me.
