For something to be overrated, it has to be compared relative to a baseline. And if that baseline is the rest of her discography, which is good assumption, it's not overrated.
The themes are stronger, the lyrics are more vivid, the production is more varied and tightly constructed, and the visuals are more robust.
Does she have better individual songs on other albums? Sure.
But in comparison to the rest of her discography, Lemonade is her best ALBUM project.
