No he wasn't, there was a re-trial and he was exonerated too (I just double checked)
And his buddy doing it doesn't mean he did it either
Studies over how many rape allegations are false are very conflicting because of how many cases are dropped due to lack of evidence. It's really impossible to know. It's fine to offer victims support and help them in the process, but just calling someone a rapist with no evidence, even after they've been found innocent, is really irresponsible.
