This is not her song and its only possibly going #1 because of the Chainsmokers.

Yay! Can't wait for Closer to go number one! I haven't rooted for a song this hard since Super Bass. It truly is a masterpiece. And seeing Halsey go number one before so many others will be a giant mess.

THIS. Everyone I know dislikes Halsey & they don't like Closer bc of her being on it, they like it for being a generally great song. This is the success of The Chainsmokers and if the song had any other featured artist, it would be doing the same on the charts.

Halsey fans need to realize that Halsey hasn't helped the song at all outside of its first week. The song's success is entirely The Chainsmokers' and it's really unfortunate that such an ugly personality was chosen as the feature.

You wanna see something tragic and weird? Check the Apple Music top 100 everytime I look at it I'm like what even. The top 30 atm is drakes album, partynextdoor album tracks, future and Dj khaled with like 5 actual hits in there now check the top 100 and it's even weirder.
