Bellossom is totally outclassed in any possible role by the plethora of better Grass-types in the metagame, including Roselia, Tangela, and Gourgeist. It can attempt to be played as some sort of sun sweeper but is worse than Weepinbell in this regard. Its poor coverage and barely average Special Attack make it difficult for Bellossom to sweep, and, even under sun, Bellossom is still slower than common Choice Scarf users such as Sawsbuck, making it easy to revenge kill.

I like most of the flower pokemon at the start of using them but i hate now most of them. Lilligant, Victreebell and Florgess is only likeable for me.

What was GF thinking when designing them?

Only Greninja has a good design: it's unique and simple, not over done like the other two.
But is anyone surprised?
Water starters always win.

I like this bipedal trinity. I like how they all resemble each other in a way. They seem to share common themes, so this makes them more unique. It can also make them seem more concentrated, so for me liking them is a mixed bag Overall, I like all starter families except the Sinnoh and Unova ones. There is something too metallic and whitewashed about them

I was completely unspoiled for X and Y I didn't see any information prior to the games release except for the mega evolutions of the Kanto starters and Mewtwo, I also had never played gen 5 so when I played the gen 5 and 6 Pokes were all new to me. I picked Chespin as my starter but then it evolved into the abomination that is Chesnaught and I boxed ha and never used it again

It's still sitting in my Pokebank where it will rot for all eternity

Bellossom serves cute and carefree beauty, but I've never used one in game as she IS trash. She and her edgy older sis Vileplume were robbed of megas. I need Bellossom to at least get a good secondary typing.

I'll probably put one on my team in SM if Oddish is available, as Rowlett's evo is the only one not doing it for me at all.
