OHHHHHHH you mean GLITCHING them.
it's a multi-program process
1) get notepad++ if you haven't already
2) save a gif/pic, make sure to make an extra copy if you don't want to destroy the original
notepad++ section
3) open it in notepad++
4) select a random part of the text and press CTRL+F, go into the "Replace" tab, type a letter/number and replace it with another letter/number
5) repeat for how many times you'd like to
6) save it
instagiffer section (only necessary if you're glitching up a gif)
7) open it in instagiffer
8) make the length to the absolute maximum and match the FPS with the original FPS.
9) optional: you can change the playback speed if you wanna
10) generate the gif mess
presto!
that's how it works for me, idk why it glitches up when I upload it to a service without doing the instagiffer steps.
