I remember all the talk about it in the media. The rumors went like:

She's normally light-skinned (look at her mom), but since her dad was her manager and she spent a lot of time with him she always felt like she was darker (like him) than she actually was.

So every now and then she'll slip and let her real skin color show (like in those before pictures), but then she'll go back to darkening herself like she's been trying all these years. If anything, she would HATE bleaching.

I think if Beyonce stans are going to suggest that it's a topic that should never be discussed then fine but if you are going to engage in a discussion at least be accurate and not cherry pick.

I remember the same things were going on for other crossover black artists that came before and after Beyonce.

It's just the hive want to be revisionist historians as if they are achieving something that can easily be proven.

For someone who demanded bad pics of her be taken down I'm surprised she never batted an eye over the whitened pictures of her. I guess she had no issue with it.
