I didn't say Rih's never been naked publically i would look stupid saying so.
All i said was that the fact of being naked/showing parts of your body doesn't necessarily mean wanting to draw attention.
Some people do want to draw attention around themselves by doing it but some don't.
But Summertime is generalizing by saying people being naked=attention seeker.
PD:I used his/her avi because Bey was in a bikini,which could be considered being partially naked because she's "exposing" 80%of her body,i'm not shocked when i see some **** just like i act normally when i see male nipples
