ugh katy's so good with upbeat songs she should stick with what she does best, those nostalgic summer anthems rather than trying to put out some grammy bait quasi religious boring mid-tempo bs like rise and prism's second half. also enough empowerment anthems

Katy is known to be a very uplifting artist. She just needs to channel that into something that isn't so blatantly ROAR or RISE esque. I really hope she doesn't lose herself in pursuit of being a RISK TAKER but she just needs to show the world that she hurts too so when she does have another bright and happy song, everyone will be rooting for her. It's kinda like how Britney is able to keep having comebacks because everyone feels bad for her.
