Sometimes I think that we need some sort of test to prove that voters are competent enough to understand what they're voting for. Looking at Brexit reactions of people saying "I voted leave because I didn't think my vote would matter," or the fact that "what is the EU" was a top google search after the vote was finished suggests that voters don't always know what issues are being voted on. HOWEVER, I know that no sort of test can ever be implemented. Aside from the fact that it would probably be unconstitutional, it would be straight-up impossible to implement for a variety of reasons.

You don't know my stances. For one, yes poor people would be targeted. And for good freaking reason. If you're already on welfare and struggling to take care of yourself, why on Earth would you have a child and even multiple children?

Also, there are way too many people on the planet. China alone is over their ****ing like wild boars. If we're addressing climate change, we definitely need to be working on the world's population issues.

I am not sure if you are serious, but overpopulation in chinese cities I think you are referring to has a lot more to do with rural to urban migration than people ****ing.
