Side note, they are going to start announcing VMA performances any day now. They announced Gaga July 25th last time, but I also imagine Gaga would announce the lead single before the VMA's would announce her performing right? They are going to have to announce the performers VERY soon for their advertisements and commercials to circulate hype. This makes me thing Gaga will release Aug 19th even more. Maybe announce it this Friday or sometime early next week like the 14th/15th. Because they really do need to start announcing things. I think maybe this Friday is possible, since it's applause's anniversary and for the VMAS thing I just mentioned. I would say most likely announcement in the next 7 days, single Aug.12 or Aug. 19 cause they will 100% announce performers by the 19th

Yup, she needs to drop the music video on the same Friday as the song. That was the original plan for Applause and it needs to be executed properly this time. She could even go on GMA the same day.
