At this point ,it's extremely smart because the instagrats of songs are not going to hinder her the way they would have pre streaming era.
Now it'll all contribute to streaming points of the overall album and also the single (since the current chart methodology double counts)
I'm sure we'll have 5 hot 100 entries from this album before release.
and there's still 12 (most likely 9 or 10) new tracks that can get more interest if these 4 tracks are what the Label exec considered 4-5 hits on the album.
I'm sure it's smarter to put out single material + private show nowadays then to keep them hiding for only fans to look into
