I'd give it a 2. The school/area I go to has a significant Asian population so people are knowledgeable of it and there are a good number of stans here. Plus there are always K-pop concerts and Korean music festivals nearby.
Gosh, can you imagine how they're feeling right now?
They've been training for approximately 6 years, they were basically kids. They managed to survive multiple line-up changes and cuts and YG's ******** of non-stop delaying, hiding from fans and cameras 24/7
It must be so overwhelming for them
They're probably up and rehearsing for the showcase now as we're typing.
can I take a quick poll in this thread from y'all?
on a scale of 1 to 3 (1 being least, 3 being most), how popular is k-pop in your country?
I live in the USA and tbh I think that kpop is a 2 in popularity here, I once saw BTS on the itunes top 100. not to mention didn't EXO sell out the prudential centre the other day?
My university has a kpop society but they look.... like Shinee fans. So I'll say a 1.2

Hmm I'd say a solid 1.5 based on personal experience
it's nothing too crazy but there's a lot of people here that like specific kpop groups
2NE1, BTS and GOT7 are definitely the most popular groups I guess
I'd say 0 but then again a group like 24K that I've never heard of came here for some reason and not only had they have fans here but they organized a flash mob for the group like
0, I'm from germany. Although I just discovered there are actually quite a few k-pop stans in my school. I was shocked when I walked through school and there were like 15 drawings of BTS on the walls. Most k-pop fans in my grade are super cringe though so I don't talk to them.

Omg yes!
I finished an exam once and I was bored so I was staring at my desk and I saw "bangtan forever <3" carved into that ****. I was like what + there's so many computers with BTS screensavers a;kfsa
My best friend is a k hip-hop stan (he loves Twice though) & I've met a few others in college who are familiar with K-pop but only really know the older generation groups like SNSD, 2NE1 & Big Bang.
