I don't think any of the waters will get buffed after Sun and Rain for nerfed but if they do it should be Sandstorn since it's basically just Hail right now

I saw the Hoopa movie and it was cute, started to lose my attention near the end tho. His Kalos squad is probably my least favorite tho Iris is still the worst individual at least Cilan was with her
