So for me, dislike the video, sign the petition for the video not the album cover and see if little t no impact on sales of make me will make them reroute and push the album back to put a 2nd single in their to correct things.
Unstanning, attacking her, canceling pre-orders aren't going to solve the problem.
I'd love for them to release the 1st version but i have a feeling they won't and we'd at least get a LQ version of that at some point.
STILL is not a good thing to release the album on August 26th after all of this.
She's actually promoting but it won't be enough look at her stans being divded and canceling pre orders as if being instrumental in ending her career is going to fix things.
if her team puts out a 2nd single and push the album back it can get stans and the GP more invested and they'd need a video for the 2nd single so
CANCEL any ideas of a VMA performance for a "mild hit" like make me which won't be iconic for her....it will have a worse effect than the video.
Use that week that originally was set for 2 shows canceled for VMAs and film the 2nd single for 2-3 days
Release album in September after Iheart and promo on talk shows, radio etc. with an uptempo hit 2nd single and the stans will be back on board as will more GP who might like Make me but it's not enough to invest.
Eternium and I wanted a late sept/october album because Make me was not going to be enough and that's with the idea of Make me being a hit.
So they definitely need the 2nd single since make me is a mild hit at best.
