It appears we will either get a low quality version in full or a HQ one.

If the check cleared Lachappelle should just leak the HQ version or her team should give us the HQ version closer to the album release

Even if they really planned to release two versions, they didnt have to make the current one so bad like that. Even grade 5 kids would tell it is a bad video.
