9M overall streams is certainly too low.

I would put it at 12M+ at the moment, but I'm not good at estimating sales. Top 10 debut seems very possible to me depending on the sales

Calm down, he only released two freaking songs and Cold Water is not even close to bombing. It's still in top 5 on itunes and it's doing great on radio and streaming. The song hasn't been promoted yet and the music video is not out.
