I feel like with the McCain situation people kind of dropped it and gave him the benefit of doubt since he apologized but this situation with the Khan family is proving not only how he's fundamentally not fit for the position but he's also an insensitive narcissist who is incapable of doing something as simple as respectfully disagreeing with someone without resorting to insults and his usual bully tactics.
It's showing people his true colors tbh, whether they'll listen we'll see when the new polls are out but it seems like a lot of people aren't going to be as forgiving and quickly forget about it like the McCain situation.
