Same. Ariana and her label put way more effort into the Yours Truly era, and it only went to three singles, so unless the third single smashes, I feel like this era could end very abruptly. Ariana just doesn't seem to care anymore. She's probably already ready to move onto the next era.
The thing about Ariana is she doesn't care about being a successful pop star. She just wants to put her music out and then work on her next album. While other pop girls are out promoting their current project, Ariana is back to writing and recording, which only makes her distanced from the music she has out.
I'd rather her be like Taylor. Just put out her music, promote her ass off, take a long break, get back in the studio for her next album, and repeat. The GP is probably getting tired of hearing her on the radio all the time. She needs a break not only because she works so hard (except when it comes to promoting) but also because she needs time to live her life and evolve as a person/artist.
