I really like the show stylistically, it's very unique. A phenomenally animated show just like OPM, but in a different way. OPM in its art design looked very slick and streamlined like most anime today, whereas MP100 is using a lot of different animation techniques (like glass painting in the ED) and is much riskier in general. I can definitely understand why it would be a turn off for people, particularly with the character designs.

I've grown to love animation as I've gotten older. To me, an anime like Mob Psycho 100 really shows how breathtaking 2D-animation can be, especially in an era dominated by 3D-animation. Plot and character wise, I think the show is okay so far, there is a lot of room for growth. But it's giving me everything I want in a visual spectacle, and I think that's enough for right now.

I personally love Mob Psycho 100's art style etc. It makes it distinct and it also stays true to the original vision the mangaka had in mind. It's definitely out there and wacky but that's one of the main reasons I want to continue watching!

Also, I can't believe Nisekoi is ending so soon but tbh this **** has been dragged out way too long. I don't really care for Bleach but it feels like it's been around forever.

It might feel a bit different, mainly because the director of Bake has been working on Kizu since Bake ended all of the way back in 2010. The fanservice gets kicked up a notch (prepare yourself for the infamous and iconic toothbrush scene ), but the writing is still razor sharp and witty. The character development in this series is insane.

For future reference, the release order that you should watch the show in is:
Bake > Nise > Neko > Monogatari 2nd Season > Hana > Tsuki > Owari > Koyomi > Kizu
This isn't chronological order though, you may need to look up a calendar to help you with that because it might get confusing later on.

Thanks for the guide! Series like Monogatari and Fate can be daunting due to the amount of content. I can't wait to dive in I'm ready for the character development. One of the main reasons I was drawn to Bake was actually the unapologetic fanservice tbh. It's refreshing and the dialogue between the characters >>>

I'm glad the "feel" is different. I've heard each Monogatari has a different atmosphere than it's predecessor.

The way Nisekoi is ending is super predictable, and yet I'm still baffled how Kosaki had Raku in the palm of her hand for nearly the entire series, and the good sis did nothing but sit on her ass and allowed him to slip from her fingers. Poor dat, a damn shame.

Every season of Monogatari does feel different, but the reliance on the cuts to mountains of text on screen from Bake was definitely stripped back. It's still a Shaft show, but compared to Bake, the series is definitely less "artsy". Nise is kind of a low season that's mainly set up for future arcs and characters. Second Season is where the slayage begins. The character arcs of Hanekawa and Nadeko are brilliant. And the ****ing ACTING. Lord, I live for Japanese VAs, they don't play.

Shaft's 20th anniversary Madogatari exhibit gave me the idea of marathoning all of their pilots. I never got around to it, but I want to do it because their catalog is A+ tier.

Nadeko is so underrated </3 Sure she was just fanservice fodder at beginningbut she got one hell of a character development during the second series. Best girl right after Senjougahara for me.

SO true! I mean, she's cute but that had me frustrated like.... Actually, I'm glad Kosaki screwed things up because it would've been underwhelming if she and Raku ended up together. I hate it when two characters are forced to be a "couple" when they have zero chemistry, kind of like in Shinsekai Yori with Saki and Shun . It seemed so contrived
