That's actually true and not just in ancient Rome. Long before the Abrahamic religions, no body cared who you bone at night. Homosexuality was present even in Greek and Egyptian empires. There are gay/bi Greek Gods and archaeologist even suggested the existence of gay pharaohs. Of course some people thought it was disgusting but it was never a taboo.

Let me start the topics. Why did you guys drop your religion?

I have no connection to any form of "higher power" + I just think it is too extra.

I'm also part Indigenous and Christianity kind of destroyed our culture, so my family's hate towards religion may of influenced me a bit. I don't hold hate for religion though, I just believe in good morals no matter where we find them.

She made good points in both of these videos, although the first one was obviously fuled by the shock of the nightclub shooting. Also just because someone thinks the BLM movement is trash does not mean they think that black lives don't matter or police brutality isn't an issue.
#BLM does not have a monopoly on those ideas. I am fully against police violence against anyone, including black people, against racism and I think there is much to be done in the US regarding those things but I would never associate myself with the BLM-movement. A movement that has people who attack anyone who criticises them, who has leaders that openly call for the death of all white people and regularly has chants that ask for the death of cops of that mock the deaths of cops in general. Obviously there are many people within the movement who do none of those things but they are not vocal enough about it and don't condemn those people enough imo which does not make me wanna associate with the movement.

this! I was all for BLM, supporting them and tweeting about it, but after that I can't support such movement anymore. It's disgusting
