i think Taeyeon for sure is a main pop girl if your going by those terms tbh.
Tiffany didnlt flop, her EP did well given the music she was going for (which is hands down one of the best EPs of the year)

Well, unlike in the west, solo artists mostly flop
You have BoA who's kind of a legend but she's been flopping back to back in the last years, think of her as the korean Britney.
Then you have the girls from girlgroups, and yes Taeyeon is the biggest, then I think Hyuna comes second (but now she's a full solo artist)
Tiffany flopped to pits, Luna from f(x) too
