Functional loss of reproductive health centers is done mostly at the state level. It's a bad thing, but regardless of who is in the White House Oklahoma will continue to be Oklahoma.

The President acts as a figurehead for their party and our government, and affects the direction these decisions lean. The President directly affects any and all federal legislation regarding these topics. The President has the authority to utilize executive actions that can affect these things, and to appoint Supreme Court judges who will have a permanent and lasting affect on minorities and movements.
I think it's a bigger issue than you're making it out to be.
