I hate this new release patterns. Basically song is released on Friday and then totally loses momentum cuz of the weekend. Beyonka truly ruined the industry.

I don't think they lose momentum on their own, but only relative to older songs. People are more likely to buy and stream established hit songs on weekends (for parties and other leisure activities) than songs that just came out.
the lyrics aren't katy perry'd I mean they aren't INCREDIBLE, but it's nothing like Roar come on
and it's just a cute bonus track, the fact you're singling it out and not the iconic album tracks is telling
