That seems really shady if the courts told him no, especially during an election season.
They didn't tell him no, they decided that the State constitution didn't allow him to issue one sweeping order for all to whom this applies. He's WELL within his rights to sign any and all individual orders.
Oh one more thing. I'm so sorry Mike that Hillary basically lied about being progressive in the aspect of controlling big banks and TPP and such. It's now clear she doesn't give a crap . Not that it's a bad thing (or a good thing) but idk I felt like that was an important issue for you

I agree with President Obama about parts of TPP so I don't care about that tbh. It's not like they are ever really going to go against him on that. It's all face (unless you are Bernie).

She doesn't have a history of doing so and Kaine, literally the other day, has called for some deregulation of the big banks (except for the super giant banks I believe)

People had concerns because the issue involved consumer protections. He also has a spotty history with payday loans.
Because based on the current trends (which is slightly affected by the convention) he is favored. They also think he'd win Florida (but lose Ohio) if the election were held today
