But then again Taylor Swift is also signed in an indie label yet she still produced 5 albums.

Because that's still her initial contract with them, and she's also promotionally affiliated with RCA kinda like Adele's been with Columbia. Adele signed a 3-album deal with XL, I've always heard Taylor's with BM is 6 studio albums and a greatest hits (though that last part may be renegotiated, she'd get more money out of an album of all her b-sides). It was widely assumed she wasn't signing to them again when a few years ago Scott Borchetta tried to sell the label while her contract was still on it.

Didn't XL introduce Adele to her manager when she started her career ? Will they turn on them for a better deal?? She can still be signed with Sony for all i care, it's understandable that they agreed on a huge number such as 90 million (i know she doesn't receive the whole sum of money at once). But isn't a risky gamble though? This might give her an even bigger responsibility to fill than making a follow up to 21. She used to say during her tour that she's scared she won't be able to perform for a capacity of an O2 arena, this will only cause her even more pressure, meaning less creative choices and more Kurstin-like production....

I wouldn't consider it to be turning on them. She signed a contract at 18 that's now run its course. Promotionally, she's been highly affiliated with Columbia for a long time now. All accounts say that Jonathan negotiated the deal, he wouldn't screw her over as she's the best he's got.
That last part is just typical Adele talking tbh (and it was a concern of taking a few years off, not the results of a new contract), plenty of less major artists than she could even fall to be next era already perform at the O2.
