It's nothing to do with political party. It's about ideology. They went from liberal to far-right fascist conservatives in such a small space of time out of pure political convenience. It shows a lack of values and integrity

2) Donald's core values have remained the same since the 80s, you can look up all the interviews from back then. Changing your mind politically is different, completely fine and demonstrates flexibility. Times change. And even so, he's been saying the same stuff for decades.

I am gay, and conservative bigotry in that regard has indeed been a hard pill to swallow. But the future looks bright (to those who want it) and a more accepting Republican base is inevitable. At this turning point in history I think we need a better balance of Republican and progressive ideology and from what I've seen and witnessed, the Democrats are not providing that. I'm not going to get into why "progressive" ideology is not what its espoused to be as that would take too long and could readily be accessed by yourself anywhere online if you cared.
