General consensus in here is that she'll release a new album this year though no-one can say for sure since she's definitely not finished with the album. New music is a given though whether it's some soundcloud tracks or a promo single with the album coming next year.
There's a few artists/producers she's confirmed to be working with but I can't remember them off the top of my head.
You can expect her to never do full on dance pop again. As unexpected as she is, she isn't stupid.

She threw that on the album last minute because she felt like the album was too somber. Still I don't think it's good to be presumptuous, old tracks are registered all the time. It's how writers get paid.
