The problem is all she did was contradicts herself : she said people should use their voices to speak on important topics and then when a twitter user brought up the movement she is now saying that speaking up doesn't save lives ?

The twitter use obviously struck a nerve of Selena’s, her response is too abrupt and not thought out at all. I hate when celebs reply to random people like this on twitter if I were famous I would know im too good to reply to randoms in such an emotional context. There are more reputable and professional organizations out there right now bringing awareness about police brutality in the States than the Black Lives Matter movement, I don't blame Selena for most likely working with an other party/charity on this topic than the BLM movement.
