Of course there would be a delete option for unwanted scrobbles. The site is already glitched up so sometimes it doesn't even process the songs being scrobbled correctly.
It worked for me when I had the Apple Music trial, last Summer. If it works for your iTunes, it should work for Apple Music. You'd probably need to uninstall, re-download, and re-install.
