Not if it's basic pop music. There's nothing wrong with doing basic as long as it's good (Like the Teenage Dream singles) but you can't say this is a growth. Gaga had a huge growth and none of her albums sound alike in whatsoever way you put it. But sadly, this sounds like a Prism reject. Nothing interesting here really.
