Will you guys stop being so self centred for once and your life and SHUT UP ABOUT RELIGION? "bla bla bla don't attack my religion bla bla bla muslims are bad" stop acting so selfish and just mourn the victims of this terrible tragedy.
Tell the people that walked in here blaming the religion, I came in here to read about what happened and each one of the pages (10+) had a comment or two against Islam and people defending it. The second they stop, the second the responses stop.
Can you imagine what they felt in that moment when the truck didn't stop but sped up and they ran after him. The thoughts? The fear of what they will see in the next seconds?
I know! It's terrifying. And then being basically useless.
Also, I know exactly how you feel about just how awful this really is.
I can only hope that the victims and victim's families cope well after this.
!!! the victimisation about ****ing religion when 79 people are laying dead in the street with their bodies either cut up or shot. get a grip. the world isn't obliged to tiptoe around you to avoid offending your religion
You were the first one to bring religion up, don't even try telling people to not talk about it.

It's not my country darling, check yours first. I don't need to point but if you actually believe that the UAE funds them but the US doesn't .... Good luck xx
It was in the street we don't have checkpoint in France. I mean i was outside tonight in the street too and i would never thought a truck could come at me like that. I guess military think the same thing.
It was said on the news earlier that it was revealed yesterday that intelligence had already predicted terrorism to be less Middle Eastern (the use of car bombs etc.) instead using unconventional ways of causing mass destruction.
I hope they mention who said it on the news again. It was literally yesterday.. they must have known.

Seriously! Every time I enter these threads multiple people are arguing about religion. Idgi. It's so unnecessary, off topic, and insensitive.
Educate people on religion better. Unite together, reaffirm our accepting and diverse societies to lessen the divide between groups of people.
Send more troops, especially airsrikes. Continue the efforts in Iraq-Syria to take back control of towns, cities and areas currently controlled by Daesh. What we're already doing? Unfortunately intelligence isn't free whilst ignorance is.
This attack is international news. The increase of US-led armies and Iraqi forces in attempt to reclaim Mosul isn't.
So stopping them all is just not realistic? oK
But people are saying that ''nobody is fixing the problem''?
You were the first one to bring religion up, don't even try telling people to not talk about it.
you're literally here probably in tears over me calling this islamic extremism. people are laying dead in the street, there are families that can't get hold of their loved ones cause they might be laying cut up in the street and they're probably having breakdowns. get a grip

Okay, but that works both ways. The Muslim world needs to be accepting of other religions also. You can demonize Americans or the Western world all you want but I'd forever rather be a Muslim in America than a Christian in Saudi Arabia, where it's illegal to even leave Islam.
much like what i have already said , you're not going to get people to not bring up religion when something happens like this , especially when the current biggest proponent of global terrorisms like that is an extremist religious group
what NEEDS to be condemned is religious extremism across the board. i wish people would just post 'killing someone in the name of some invisible, probably-not-there man in the sky is so stupid / dumb / abhorrent' instead of rhetoric similar to 'BAN ALL MUSLIMS!!1!!!' because THAT'S so dumb and incendiary and tbh it's what incites more terrorism attacks at the hands of these bastards
I've so far in my life been wary of flying, hoping the tightened security will ensure a safe journey.. wary of unattended luggage on transport.. obviously if I were in a terrorist incident, expecting loud noises, explosions, gunshots.. now this, a unconventional attack with a vehicle. It's just insane

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
News is saying Anti Terror police have taken over the investigation from the police
Time after time I have come into these threads and tried to defend the majority of muslims who are innocent and peaceful. But its just too hard now, I can no longer stand Idly by and condone a religion that preaches death and murder of "non-believers", the world is just ****ed up beyond repair thanks to religion.
