Are the Eeveelutions random? I evolved my Eevee and got a Flareon I wasn't given the option to choose
Not sure if this was confirmed or not, but I heard a rumor it depends on whatever Eevee's second attack is. (Dig, Body Slam, or Swift) I saved 3 different Eevees, so once I farm enough candy, I can try and test this.

It's not true. I have 5 Vaporeons and they had a variety of different attacks. But I'm almost positive the attack of the eevee dictates the attack of the evolution. Something like Swift = Hydro Pump; Dig = Water Pulse, ect.
Ok I decided to just download GO again after being scared of getting banned. Had a GREAT time with my brother We spent the entire day outside catching pokemon, finding pokestops, and exploring our neighborhood. This game is truly something else.
Last night the "nearby" radar was working but it isn't anymore. I keep getting "Failed to find location" but that probably because I am from the UK and the game is not officially out yet. Am I right? If so then what is it then?
