Girl, Fantasy was one of the first Mariah songs I loved so it was only natural I would overplay it and get bored of it over time. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing, after all.

Emancipation was the first album I ever bought as a casual listener because WBT is amazing, but Fantasy made me see her in a whole new light when I started looking into her catalogue and it really drove me to understand her songwriting and accomplishments, and it's the reason I started to fall in love with her discography.
